Welcome to Ezanly (the “App”) and our website. This Privacy Policy explains how Ezanly (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you use the Ezanly mobile application and related services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

Location data: Device location to calculate prayer times, show nearby mosques, and Qibla direction.
Account data: If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive basic account information (name, email) used for authentication and syncing user data across devices.
Usage and analytics: Anonymous or pseudonymous analytics data (e.g., app open events, feature usage) collected via Firebase Analytics to improve the app.
Device & crash data: Technical device information and crash reports via Crashlytics for debugging and reliability improvements.
Ad-related data: Advertising identifiers and limited ad preferences for showing AdMob ads (if enabled).
Optional data you provide: Any content you create inside the app (prayer tracking entries, saved duas, profile preferences).

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide and personalize the App’s services (prayer times, notifications, Qibla direction).
To send notifications and reminders according to your preferences.
To operate, maintain and improve the App (analytics, crash reporting).
To manage subscriptions, referrals, and premium features (in-app purchases).
To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

3. Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers that may process personal data on our behalf:

Firebase (Google): Authentication, Firestore/Realtime Database, Analytics, Crashlytics.
AdMob (Google): Advertisement serving and ad measurement.
Aladhan or similar prayer time APIs: Optional external APIs for prayer timing data.
Payment providers: In-app purchase charges are processed via Apple App Store and Google Play Billing for mobile purchases. We do not directly process credit card data in the app.

4. Advertising & Ad Personalization

We display banner and native ads via AdMob. Ads may use non-personalized or personalized advertising based on signals such as advertising identifiers. You can opt out of personalized ads at the device level or change your ad tracking preferences in your device settings.

5. Location & Qibla Features

Location access is required for accurate prayer times, nearby mosques, and Qibla direction. When you grant location permission, we use the data on-device and/or send it to our server (Firebase) to compute and store location-based settings. You can revoke location permission at any time via your device settings; functionality that requires location may be limited if permission is denied.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account data; see the “Your Rights” section below.

7. Your Rights

Access: You may request a copy of your personal data stored by us.
Correction: You may request corrections to inaccurate personal data.
Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and related personal data.
Data portability: Where applicable, you may request a machine-readable copy of your data.

8. Children

Our App is not specifically targeted at children under 13 (or applicable local minimum age). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable age. If you learn that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed and stored in countries other than your residence (e.g., Google Cloud / Firebase locations). By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your data to such countries in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and indicate the updated effective date.

1. Toplanan Bilgiler

Konum verisi: Namaz vakitleri, yakın camiler ve Kıble yönü hesaplamak için.
Hesap bilgileri: Google/Apple ile giriş yapıldığında alınan temel hesap bilgileri (isim, e-posta) senkronizasyon için kullanılır.
Kullanım ve analiz: Firebase Analytics aracılığıyla uygulama kullanımı ve olay verileri (anonim veya takma adlı) toplanabilir.

3. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetleri

Veriler, aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf sağlayıcılar tarafından işlenebilir:

Firebase (Google): Kimlik doğrulama, veri depolama, analiz, çökme raporlama.

4. Reklam ve Reklam Kişiselleştirme

Banner ve native reklamlar AdMob tarafından gösterilir. Reklamlar cihaz reklam kimliği ve tercihleri temelinde kişiselleştirilebilir; kişiselleştirmeyi cihaz ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz.

5. Konum & Kıble Özelliği

Konum izni, doğru namaz vakitleri ve Kıble yönü için gereklidir. Konum verisi cihaz üzerinde veya (tercihe bağlı) sunucuda kullanılabilir. İzinleri cihaz ayarlarından geri çekebilirsiniz; bazı fonksiyonlar sınırlanır.

6. Veri Saklama Süresi

Veriler, gerekli süre boyunca saklanır. Hesabınızı silme talebinde bulunabilirsiniz; bu durumda verileriniz silinir veya anonimleştirilir.

7. Kullanıcı Hakları

Veri erişimi, düzeltme, silme ve taşınabilirlik talepleri.

8. Çocuklar

Uygulama özellikle 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir. 13 yaş altından gelen kişisel veriler tespit edilirse, bunlar silinecektir.
